My thoughts on Carlin

I am very sad today about the untimely death of George Carlin. Although much of his humor wasn't my cup of tea, I still liked him and admired his irreverence. I did like his bit about the 7 words you can't say on TV or radio. Another thing I liked about him was his outspokenness about his atheism. He will be missed by many people who loved his work and his humor.

I read a comment on another blog, from a christian, wishing he was in hell and burning in a lake of fire...sad sad people that do that.

Tina, I agree. It's very sad that people allow religion to cause them to have all that anger about shit that has nothing to do with them.

On the other hand, if there is a hell (we do know better) and if Carlin is there, you know lots of other real cool people are there as well. Sounds like a great place if you ask me!
